@danbaumann8273 I've never been around people who would block an ambulance, and not only that, make it a festive thing, while someone is bleeding to death.

@danbaumann8273 I currently live in Istanbul. And the behavior I see from people is generally socially responsible. I saw someone get hit by a car, and everybody around immobilized her, called ambulance etc. Something in the US is really going to shit.
