  1. Related to the lawfare, the NY AG "fraud case" against Trump is blowing up so badly on appeal that the NY state lawyers are begging the judges not to sanction them. One judge even remarked that the case is baseless and appears to only be brought as election interference. So they could get sanctioned for not only bring a baseless case, but also singling out Trump for election interference.

  2. Her poll numbers are currently sliding. She's not winning, so she's forced to go out and make media appearances. And even appearances on friendly platforms are having a negative effect. As with Clinton, the more the public sees her the less they like her.
