At the Titanic depth the pressure is 400 atm. I would probably take the trip to space, aboard SpaceX or Soyuz, but there's no way I'd take this kind of deep sea sub. There's people who have survived 0 atm (vacuum). You're body doesn't burst, like in the movies. Because it's only 1 atm difference.

Corporate irresponsibility and over confidence seems to be a problem in technology projects, e.g. Theranos. And many other projects which are doomed to failure, Spin Launch, Waterseer, etc. This was actually possible. But you can't cut corners, when going someplace more dangerous than space.

If you look at the inside of an Apollo Command Module or Space Shuttle, there are banks of controls, gauges, and buttons, and many back up systems. Going to 4000m depth is just as dangerous as space. But this probably imploded from a hull failure.
