  1. They wont even define what "diversity" means. For admissions departments, it basically means racial bean counting. Thus Harvard had different SAT qualifications, depending on race.

  2.  @i0073  Legacy admissions isn't the same thing as race based admissions. The later has a justification beyond racism. There are companies that are more likely to hire you if you had a close relate with a major position.

  3. Notice that they alway find leftwing east Asians or Indians to comment, to make people think this ruling is anti-minority. They're the people most discriminated against by affirmative action.
