  1.  @___chief866  No. It wasn't. Asking the Lt. Governor to search for votes is not illegal. It happens all the time, that they find ballots, or ballots were illegally counted. It overturned the Franken/Colman senate race.

  2. In the Minnesota senate election between Franken and Colman, Colman won the initial vote count. Then the Democrats "found" some more mail in ballots, and Franken won by just 312 votes. So Democrats think that Franken should be prosecuted for finding votes, and overturning an election.

  3. That's the tactic out of all of these indictments. They spin the law beyond all reason to make legal activities criminal. The Manhattan Bragg indictment charges Trump with fraudulent business record to cover up a crime, but the indictment doesn't mention what that crime is supposed to be. I suppose he thinks it's the cohen payments to "horseface". But the FEC has ruled that those are not campaign expenditures, and hush money payments are not illegal.
