Any responsible judge would issue a directed verdict and apologize to the jury for sitting through a pointless trial. But here's my recommendation to Merchan, Democrat donor, whose family is raising millions for Democrat candidates, throw him in jail. Cause a fiasco, where the Secret Service has to take control of a NY jail, and create a political backlash that will make the boost in popularity Clinton got to impeachment look minor.

It's way out of the norms of a trial to put a known perjurer on the stand. He's been referred to the DOJ for lying 6 times to congress.

@juliecarrillo6341 WTF does that mean? Cohen went to prison for crimes he committed before he met Trump. Those others got caught up in other Democrat kangaroo courts. These cases are totally falling apart because they were never legitimate. The Jack Smith documents case is dead for all practical purposes because the prosecution tampered with evidence, and submitted that tampered evidence to court. In this case, Stormy Daniels owes Trump $670,000 in legal judgements, that she says she will never pay. This is pure politics, with no basis in law.
