@CarolLynnWilliams That's not true. We have the FBI notes on the case, which prove the entire motivation for this was political. I know that "liberals" don't care about justice, rights, or sexual assault, but only exploit such things for political gain. But the majority of the country do care.

@CarolLynnWilliams You're wrong. It has to be a material lie for it to be a crime. The FBI agents had no crime to predicate the interview. They then had a conversation with Flynn with false pretenses, telling him he wasn't under investigation. His lie was not material. Furthermore, they weren't justified in interrogating him. The Logan Act is not taken seriously. People violate the act all the time, and no one has ever been convicted under it. You guys are destroying your own reputation by not just admitting that this whole Russia fiasco was a scandal.

@carolwilliams7052 No. I repeat, you're wrong. Flynn didn't lie about anything relevant to any ongoing legitimate investigation. The whole prosecution was inappropriate. The whole thing was blatantly politically motivated, by hatred of Trump and Obama hating Flynn. And we have the FBI notes to prove it. You can continue to lie. But you deserve to get called out on it.

@Mikefeher1313 It's amazing that Democrats are defending the FBI's actions in this. They knew Flynn didn't commit a crime. They were looking to create something they could could use to charge him.
