Grosskruetz testified that he Kyle didn't shoot until he aimed his glock right at him. He's lucky he only got shot in the arm. He's not a victim. Rittenhouse was even on the ground on his butt, so he couldn't easily get away.

"Survivor faces Rittenhouse" Are you kidding me? He testified that he pulled his glock on Rittenhouse on the ground, on his back, and then Rittenhouse shot him in the arm. He also had no permit for that gun he carried in a concealed holster.

@toddytapperswilhelm6374 Why don't you watch the trial before putting your foot in your mouth. The prosecution witness testified he pointed a glock at Rittenhouse before he was shot.

@jamesparochetti5279 A 17 year old in possession of a rifle is at most a misdemeanor. That's irrelevant to a murder trial. That charge is even being contested.

@elbinx760 Traveling to another state is legal and irrelevant. He's charged with possessing a rifle at 17, which is a misdemeanor. You don't "rot in prison" on a minor misdemeanor.

@elbinx760 Learn how to read. You said he's going to "rot in prison" for a misdemeanor gun charge. The defense is claiming there's a long gun exception, so he might not any gun charge.

@elbinx760 And the prosecution is failing so badly, that they facepalmed after Grosskruez testified that Rittenhouse shot him after he pointed his glock at him. BTW. Grosskreuz is a felon in possession of a gun, a federal felony.

@elbinx760 You probably should get off your high horse. The prosecution's case completely fell apart yesterday. The DA lawyers were literally facepalming during Grosskreuz's testimony.
