It's easy to predict how they will rule. 1860 was the last year states were keeping candidates off the ballot--Lincoln kept off Southern states, and the Democrat kept of New Jersey and NY ballots.

@johnnylafayette No. The 14th Amendment requires the US legislature to adjudicate. The 13, 14, 15 th amendments were written to prevent states from meddling in elections, constitutional norms, etc. like CO tried to do.

@johnnylafayette The SCOTUS is quite a bit too smart to fall for ditsy CNN narratives. There wasn't an insurrection. It's a constitutional right to challenge the certification of an election. You are arguing that a constitutional process is an "insurrection".
