  1. Roberts believes in politicking from the bench, which is not as blatant as the 3 who think they should legislate. But he's a mediocre justice. All of the worst rulings, Dred Scott, Plessy v Ferguson happened because the court didn't want to bring political heat on themselves.

  4. The entire opposition statement is just the three saying how they like abortion, think abortion is necessary. But that's politics not constitutional law.
