They're deranged. These indictments just ignore the constitution and legal precedent. Eg. in this one, you have the right to challenge an election.

@justrelax9501 Except that's exactly what this indictment is about. They're using RICO laws to attempt to criminalize Trump's efforts to challenge the (admittedly crooked) GA presidential vote. You have the constitutional right to challenge an election. If this were a real case, then it would be a statewide case, not county . But they had to find a prosecutor dumb enough to do this.
