@ernestclary6035 "loser"? Robert Costello is a respected lawyer and former federal prosecutor. While Cohen is a felon, grifter, serial perjurer, disbarred lawyer and a thief. This case is a total fail to smear Trump. A conviction in this clown case will help him.

@billydoyle9984 Merchan allowed the liars Daniels and Cohen to ramble on and on about irrelevancies. Then when the former federal prosecutor Costello was on the stand, the hack judge kept interrupting him with objections, sustained before even hearing the question.

The thing about this case. Even if the judge is able to get a conviction, with his antics, such as lying to the jury, it will hurt the Democrats. This is such an obviously unfair trial, that a conviction isn't going to hurt Trump.
