@SS-pi5sh The defendant normally doesn't take the stand when the prosecution has a weak case. And this case is extraordinarily weak. A trial is not a debate. The prosecution has to prove their case. If they can't prove their case, then the defendant normally doesn't take the stand.

@Deblanch57 So far there is no agreement to drug test. But if there were, then the results would be public, otherwise it would be the same as not doing it.

Does anyone really think Biden sounded good at the SOTU? He sounded angry and petulant, like the old man yelling at kids plying in his yard.

@Deblanch57 Are you drunk? If the results of the drug test are not published, then it will be the same as if they didn't agree to a drug test.

@ChrisVernon-hj6se When Trump is rambling at a rally it's not the same situation as a SOTU speech. His SOTU speeches were focused on policy. Biden can't even deliver a speech without a teleprompter, and even then he reads the directions. This is Biden going off script at a MI brewery. "The beer brewed here...
