  1. There's no comparison between Biden's classified documents in his garage and Trump's. The president has the constitutional power of declassification. He can also declare anything (by court precedent) persona and then it's not a concern of the Archives.

  2. This is a misapplication of the law. The Fourth Amendment bans general warrants, i.e. they're only supposed to issue a warrant to investigate a specified probable crime. The Democrats are using the Stalinist method. They have the target (Trump) and they're searching for the crime that will stick. This still wont stick. Because when it comes to presidential records, the Constitution sides with the president. The Archives is a bureaucracy, it doesn't have constitutional powers.
