  1. That could be. But a criminal trial has a burden of "proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt". The prosecution obviously has not proven anything, especial beyond a reasonable doubt. It will be thrown out on appeal regardless.

  2. If he's right, this will be a massive self-own by the Democrats. The judge rigged this trial as far as he could against the defense. He even lied to the jury that an election financial crime took place. The FEC investigated this in 2018 and found no crime.
