@matthewmosier8439 I think you're right. The Democrats will throw him under the bus, when this backfires legally. The John Edward case fell apart, because the DOJ/FEC realized that if they required everything to be a campaign expenditure, then you'd basically be legally requiring campaign fraud. The FEC rules say that Trump recorded this correctly, as a personal expense; now Bragg who is not a federal prosecutor, is deciding that it should be a campaign expense.
