(Departing presidents always declassify documents and declare some personal. And move them to different storage.) But that blew up in their faces with Biden's actual stolen classified documents.

  3. Biden committed a prosecutable offense. Trump did not, because he had the power to declassify anything. That said, Biden wont be prosecuted. First there's a tradition of not prosecuting a sitting president, and they'll make up some reason (that's not in the statutes) such as Comey's "She didn't intend to".
