The funny thing about the Letisha James ruling. If it get's overturned on appeal, then the plaintiff has to pay the interest. So there is a good chance Ms. James will cost the state of NY 100 million.

@ohmightywez The judge can't stop an appeal. But what he's trying to do (running his biased clown court) set the fine so high that Trump could not cover it for the appeal. But Trump has the money to put in bond. We really need to remove judicial immunity so these crooks can be imprisoned.

@tenbelow9617 That total just means it's most likely going to be overturned. Then the state owes Trump 9% interest.

This prosecutor is incompetent for a reason. I heard that Garland couldn't find a federal prosecutor who would bring the legal norm destroying Trump cases. So he appointed Jack Smith, whose appointment is being challenged as illegal, because it wasn't confirmed by the senate.

@ohmightywez He has way more wealth than this fine. But even the very wealthy generally don't have hundreds of millions cash in the bank. These creeps are like "How dare you deny elections and claim we're cheaters." Meanwhile they cheat with every means at their disposal.

All of James' postings on twitter, give her fake assessments of properties, and gloating over the judgement, sound like something in law school the professor would tell you never to do. Baboon brained, like Biden's self-defense advice: "I there is an intruder just get a shot gun and fire it through the door."
