  1. The judicial system has become such a joke, Hur is more professional and fair than most of them, and that's not saying much. The only reason Trump is being prosecuted and sued is that he's a threat to the political establishment. Both constitutional law and the presidential records act gives him the authority to have all of his presidential records.

  2. Trump is only being prosecuted because he's Trump. He had the constitutional authority to have all of his records, classified or not. And he had the blanket authority to declassify anything.
