  2.  @jf7078  That's what a lot of these legal analysts get wrong. This trial is already a massive overreach and a PR negative for the Democrats. A hung jury is the best outcome for the Democrats. The judge in his jury instructions told the jury that they didn't even have to agree on the underlying crime. That is blatantly unconstitutional--6th amendment violation. That's how trials are rigged. The defendant can't mount a legal defense when the prosecution doesn't specify what he's accused of.
