Anyone making 50k per year can pay off a 10k debt in one year. This is a transfer of wealth not a bail out of people who are bankrupt.

@donnamcadams5564 When I was making 50k a year, I was putting 15k in the bank each year. I didn't have debt, it was just a choice. But I lived just as someone saddled with debt, and didn't care. This is bourgeoise welfare.
