  1. Some of this is quite disturbing. For example, Julius Steicher was executed for propaganda. In America that is not illegal. Incitement to crime is illegal, but it has to be specific. It can't be just spreading hateful propaganda, which, which of course, current political parties do.

  2. Has Europe ever had fair trials? The USA never joined the International Criminal Court in the Hague, because the rights they grant to defendants are less that what the US constitution does. It wouldn't be constitutional for the US to ratify that treaty.
