  2. This is always Congress's tactic. They lump as much wasteful and self-serving pork into a single bill. And then the Democrats cry and virtue signal when it's killed. For example, the "border bill" was a Ukraine funding bill with some funding for more immigration judges. But wouldn't have done anything about the open border. Then the Democrats repeated the fake talking point that "Trump killed the bill to keep the border open".
