Only, in the later case there would be no medical need. A vendor will immediately get sued for someone's meth psychosis, a heroin death, a stroke caused by meth, etc.

  16. You might as well just buy a fuel efficient gasoline car. Cars are much more efficient than they were, say 50 years ago. An economy car with a 2L(gasoline) engine will still go 90 mph, and handles much better than cars used to, especially at high speeds. An alternative would be liquified natural gas, which they use in China.

But the important fact about the Pool/Seder encounter is that Tim Pool invited Seder onto his show IN PERSON, THAT WAS THE AGREEMENT. Then Seder DM'ed Tim and said he will only appear on Zoom. Tim said it was only live. Then Seder posted public messages lying that Tim backed out. This is why breadtubers are so notorious bad to deal with. This dishonest drama was a grift Seder plays with his audience.

He prevented important exonerating evidence from being presented to the jury. That's exactly how all these kangaroo cases are conducted. The judge declares the defendant guilty, then he prevents him from introducing evidence that would prove his innocence.

Eg. under the Presidential Records Act he is required to have access to his presidential records, and the personal records are his to do anything he wants with.
