We actually knew this in 2020. The key witnesses, such as medical examiner, were coerced to change their testimony, and were intimidated into complying with the threats of violence. The toxicology report was public. He had a dose sufficient to anesthetize someone. And when the knock someone out in the hospital they'll ventilate them.

It's strange, and typical, that they do this with a manufactured case of police brutality. There was a suspect in N. Carolina who was just shot in the back and murdered. The cop was tried and convicted of murder. But they select this case of an OD to blow up.

@emojens Apparently the wider public and media is immune to having their narrative debunked. It was obvious after reading the body cam transcript (The MN DA withheld the body cam footage, for obvious reasons) that it was a drug overdose. The knee hold is even a Minneapolis official police hold.

@scotland369 We're witnessing the degradation of the US justice system. Politicians tolerate mob violence, which intimidates witnesses and jurors. A US DOJ which actively targets the political enemies of the White House, and local court systems, especially in D.C. and NYC, full of activist prosecutors and judges that conduct political kangaroo courts.

@suade925 Dr Andrew Baker to Amy Sweasy Tamburino, a prosecutor in Hennepin County, "There were no medical indications of asphyxia or strangulation." "'Amy, what happens when the actual evidence doesn't match up with the public narrative that everyone's already decided on?...And then he said, ' This is the kind of case that ends careers.'" Then he changed his testimony because people like you were threatening to burn things down.

@LastbutNotFirst In 2020 people lost jobs and got ostracized if they didn't support BLM, which of course is a giant charity scam. Democrats naturally politicize the courts they run. It's a crime to oppose them.
