YT hides so many replies. That I reply to comments, then when people reply to my response, my response is no loner visible to ME.

In inner cities people normally don't even drive. They do in smaller cities, but it's common to meet someone from NYC who doesn't even have a license. People obviously steal cars so they can sell them to chop shops which sell the parts.

@CaseyBerard-qv6bi I lived in NY for a while. But I think it is politically one of the least free states. I worked on junk cars as a teen. And I made thousands of dollars selling junk parts. I didn't steal but I got some parts stolen. They were vintage Mustang parts, so everything was worth hundreds.

@CaseyBerard-qv6bi It sounds like it's F-ed up kids doing it for fun. The "central park 5" were part of a larger group that were mugging, attacking and raping, just for entertainment. But there is probably also organized crime, that can get around the restrictions. Some of the stupid parts that are required by law, eg airbags, are very expensive to replace.

I think she gets jobs just on her looks. She did a Ted talk that was just straight up Marxism. It was just an hour of "the corporations are exploiting the workers."
