  1. I was actually hoping that Garland would be foolish enough to indict Trump over the Mar-a-lago documents. It's settled Constitutional law that the president can declassify anything, and can declare documents personal, and take them with him. The president has the final say on this, not the Nat. Archives. Document classification originates with the president, not the Archives.

  2. That TDS is powerful stuff. There was the usual hysterics "he's going to jail this time" over the Mar-a-lago documents. But they ignored the basic constitutional law regarding classified documents. The president has the final authority on document classification, not the Archives, nor FBI.
