  1. "Am I crazy?" You kind of are. That's the way it has always been in the American judicial system. The SCUTUS ruled that sentencing people under the Enron law, to send trespassers to prison for years, was unconstitutional. But that was 3 years after they were set to prison. Courts only have jurisdiction over the cases before them, in the U.S.

  2. None of these people actually read the 14th amendment. You have to be "under the jurisdiction of the U.S.", not just on U.S. soil. What that really means is to be settled by the Supreme Court. It's also funny that they think a Democrat is going to make an executive order confiscating everyone's guns. That would be an unenforceable and political suicide.
