  1. It's remarkable that the Democrats went all in with the lawfare--pushed aside all constitutional and procedural norms to go after Trump. And they completely failed. They misjudged the public. A court needs legitimacy. It was obvious to the majority that these cases were just politics and not legitimate. The DOJ even has procedural rules, eg. that cases are not scheduled with regard to elections, that indictments aren't piled on a defendant, that the DOJ attorneys don't coordinate with local jurisdictions. They ignored all of that just to go after Trump, to prevent him from winning the presidency. An epic self-own.
