@Dean4511 They thought they could crush a populist movement with the iron fist of the political establishment through its politicization of institutions. There's an obvious problem with that strategy.

@Dean4511 They also can't help themselves. I showed a relative the polls, trying to explain to her that this strategy is just not convincing voters. And her knee-jerk reaction is that they need to prosecute harder. Because opposing the professional ordained managerial class of Democrats is a crime to them.

@deano.de.relentless770 The progressive/Dem media is just full of them hysterically calling for Trump to be locked in jail. They have zero awareness that that would ensure his election. Many people were on the fence, or not real supporters until the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago.
