  1. They wouldn't be able to. The Secret Service will not allow him to be remanded out of their protection. And they have federal supremacy over state authorities. I suppose, the judge would sentence him to house arrest. But then Trump could just violate that too.

  4.  @Dean4511  The Supreme Court will eventually hear this case also. Trump is an ex-president and he's having his constitutional rights violated. The problem is that the SCOTUS takes forever to hear these constitution violating cases. They're just now heard the case over the absurd felony enhancements the DC courts have given Jan 6 protesters. The justices were making fun of the prosecutor who was defending changing people who were let in the Capitol with a 20 year felony when people who block highways or pull fire alarms (Jamal Bowman) are given nothing.
