  1. Even their double standard is hypocritical. School boards are a political entity. It's appropriate to protest elected officials. They're accountable to the demos. But the Supreme Court is supposed to make academic decisions based on Constitutional scholarship. They're not supposed to be influenced by the mob. Thus the law banning "picketing". It's similar to picketing a jury, which will get you arrested.
