  1. The entire campaign was a massive corporate PR/advertisement production, but with no substance. They spent 500 million on hiring staff, compared to Trump's 10 million. They were hiring supporters, paying for celebrity endorsements and people to show up at rallies. But that doesn't make a campaign. There was no authenticity, no addressing the voters' concerns.
