  2. I never got what they think the kneeling thing represents. That's what you historically did in front of a king, to show you were a subject. Kneeling for the national anthem shows supplication, not defiance.

  3. I'm actually glad they're doing this. They're doubling down on what the voters resoundingly rejected. It's like the addict who can't change his behavior, because it's baked in to hard.
