  1. LOL Portland is "one of the greatest places" because they built a pedestrian bridge over I-5? In the picture, you can see that previously you could walk one block to the over-pass which has a sidewalk and cross there. Portland is a nice place, despite the whack-a-doodle local government. It doesn't have the extreme weather of the East, and in a short drive, you're in forest wilderness.
