  1. Ronald Reagan was only showing the first signs of an elderly mind during his second term. Biden has mid stage dementia. In Vietnam his was to answer 5 vetted and scripted questions. He answered one and started rambling incoherently, so his handlers shut down the meeting.

  2. They're damned if they do, and if they don't. If they replace Biden, it will look defeatist. And they will lose the incumbent advantage. If they run Biden, they will have the obvious problem of his severe cognitive decline.

  3. It's not that Joe Biden is old. But that he has dementia. Just last week he walked out in the middle of a Medal of Honor ceremony, confusing everyone in the room. He's not all there anymore.
