  2. It turned out different because the Dobbs decision brought out zealous Democrat voters. The midterms are usually a reaction to the party in power. But the Dobbs decision was made possible by the 3 Trump SC appointments. I also thought there would still be a red wave because of Biden's gross incompetence with the economy, energy policy, and foreign relations, and everything else for that matter.

  3. According to the current vote count the House is set to be 221 R -214 D. That's still a significant loss for the Democrats. For example, Biden is boasting about passing an "assault weapons ban". But he can't do it without having the House.
