  1. The problem with this is that either everybody gets to be tribal, or nobody does. Now we have a politically moderate WH who will enforce civil rights laws, which pursue the ideal that nobody is tribal in government hiring, contracts, etc.

For example, that's the only way you can make sense of their hatred of the Afrikaaners, telling them they "need to go back where they came from", which they left 400 years ago to settle on land that was uninhabited.
