  1. If this is a conviction it will just destroy Merchan and Bragg's credibility. They have given no evidence that a crime even happened. Trump didn't make the business record, which was private. There is no crime specified that Trump's comptroller was supposedly covering up for Trump, even though Trump didn't talk to him.
