  1. Deportation is not a criminal matter. What argument does he have to stay? He never applied for a visa or green card. Can I just start showing up at a company, siting at a desk every day, and then tell them that they need "due process" to fire me. Like George in some Seinfeld episode.

  2. The Democrats, and media, are pretending that deportations are a criminal matter. They're starting deportations with convicts and gang members, but deportation is a civil process. You don't have a right to stay, if you entered illegally.
