  1. There hasn't been a good movie since The Empire Strikes Back, or Return of the Jedi (which was OK overall). The original was a homage to 1930s serials, while for the prequels Lukas make 1930's serials. But the last two films are a whole new level of bad; made by people with contempt for the franchise.

  2. Star Wars died a long time ago. I had no interest in the last two installments, the Last Jedi and the Rise of Skywalker. It has devolved into corporate trash that spits on the original characters and themes.
