These indictments are a ridiculous exercise in ingnoring constitutional law and precedent. The Bragg indictment doesn't even name the underlying crime Trump is supposedly covering up (6th Amendment violation), the FEC has determined that those payments weren't campaign expenses, and how was Trump's company supposed to report it when there was an N.D.A.? The other indictments are similarly oxymoronic, but even more dangerous. The GA indictment criminalizes a constitutional right, redressing the government for greivances. (1st Amendment).
