  1. There are probably some of the liberal justices which aren't on board with their operation to influence the November election. That would be a blatant corruption of the role of the Supreme Court.

  3. They wanted to politically weaponize the courts against their political enemy. But their problem is that US system is much more robust in protecting defendants' rights than Latin American or Easter block countries.
