  1. This case is just as weak as all the others. Trump took his presidential records, which he was supposed to. He was cooperating with the Nat Archives, but Biden ordered the raid and prosecution. Then Jack Smith and the FBI tampered with the documents, essentially ending the case. But they never had a case, because the president is the final authority on document classification; it's the president's constitutional authority.

  3. Notice that there is no mention of the fact that Jack Smith tampered with evidence in this case. Their problem is that they don't have a Democrat hack judge, but a real judge.
