  1. He's not banning it because it's "black history", that's part of the required curriculum. He's banning it because the AP class is critical race theory and queer theory. That's neo-Marxist mumbo jumbo; it's not straight history.

  2. Things like "queer theory" are such niche subjects. They're part of the Critical Theory, neoMarxism, that are common in least rigorous university subjects like sociology. It's not appropriate for high school. At a good college they wouldn't have that nonsense in US History 101.
