There was the townhall during the campaign when he was trying to talk about Obama, "...and ah president, ah um ah, my boss..." He couldn't remember the president's name, whom he served under.

@buixrule One of the parts of cognitive decline is that the patient isn't aware of it. It would have made most sense to just retire. He's rich. He could spend his last days telling kids stories of Corn Pop.
