  4. Reagan wasn't obviously senile. It was mainly something the left leaning media enjoyed speculating about as a way of belittling him. That's what makes this so preposterous. Every time Trump (or Reagan during his presidency) flubs a word, the progressive media pretends to be super concerned, about the grave issue of his mental health. But we have Biden announcing his run for US senate, calling himself "Obiden", confusing his wife with his sister, forgetting what he's saying mid sentence.

  28. I stopped listening as soon as he started defending Cohen and the prosecution. Cohen lied on the stand yesterday. No respectable lawyer would respect a witness who perjurers. Cohen said he called the Secret Service to inform Trump that he paid the NDA money. Phone records showed that he called the Secret Service agent to complain about a 14 year old prank caller who was pestering him.

  42. Nothing has been proved, and the speculated things are not illegal. Trump didn't even sign the NDA. They have attorney retainer checks Trump paid Cohen each month. Each charge in the indictment is for each check. This is the kind of case that ruins legal careers.

Bragg doesn't even give the "crime" he used to raise the charge to a felony (needed to bypass the 2 year statute of limitations on the misdemeanor). Bragg said "the statute doesn't say I have to". But the 6th Amendment says you do. Also the FEC doesn't consider Trump's payments to be campaign expenditures, so the records are correct. Bragg is, without authority, second guessing the FEC.

  47. Trump isn't worse by their standards. I watched hearing after hearing with Democrats saying how terrible to do a "quid pro quo" with a foreign government, take funds from foreign sources, and to take money from China. Those are all things Biden made a career out of.
