Comments by "" (@charlesvan13) on "GET TRUMP': Alan Dershowitz SLAMS Bragg's Politically Motivated Prosecution" video.
He also said he didn't approve of Trump asking the GA official to "look for more votes". But he approved of that when Al Gore needed just 600 in FL, or looking for Clinton votes in 2016. Any candidate in a close election would be looking for uncounted votes. "Losing" a batch of votes is just what the urban Democrat poll counters would do.

They'll string this case out for years. But eventually Bragg will be rebuked in an appellate court, where real justices tear it apart for the farce that it is.

@robertriteman3227 The Bragg indictment is at least as weak as his assessment. Bragg doesn't even give the "crime" he used to raise the charge to a felony (needed to bypass the 2 year statute of limitations on the misdemeanor). Bragg said "the statute doesn't say I have to". But the 6th Amendment says you do. Also the FEC doesn't consider Trump's payments to be campaign expenditures, so the records are correct. Bragg is, without authority, second guessing the FEC.

6:50 This is something that's only illegal when Trump does it. In close elections they're always looking for votes. Mail in ballots in particular are found all the time. Al Franken was losing the Senate race and they found some mail in ballots that put him over -- so lock him up.

It's not just a politically motivated prosecution. There is literally no crime mentioned in the indictment. Trump is being prosecuted for covering up a "crime" with fraudulent business records, and Bragg will not say what the "crime" is. The Sixth Amendment requires that Bragg state the crime Trump is accused of.

Trump doesn't have to prove he declassified the documents. This has come up many times. A president can declassify just by saying so, or even by action. This came up in a case where Clinton took tapes from the WH in a sock.

It's such low IQ bull, to say that asking to "look for votes" is criminal. You are entitled to contest, challenge, and investigate election. And "losing" a batch of ballots is just what the Atlanta poll workers would have done. We saw them ushering GOP observers out and then pulling suitcases of ballots from under a table.
