  1. This is a sham. The FEC doesn't consider Trump's payments to Cohen to be campaign expenditures, so he recorded them correctly.

  2. It's sad if you know anything about the law. The FEC doesn't consider the payments to Cohen to be a campaign expense. Bragg has no authority here. He also doesn't mention the crime Trump is supposed to be covering up, which is a 6th Amendment violation.
