  1. Nothing has been proved, and the speculated things are not illegal. Trump didn't even sign the NDA. They have attorney retainer checks Trump paid Cohen each month. Each charge in the indictment is for each check. This is the kind of case that ruins legal careers.

  2. Look up the unredacted documents the judge released in the Jack Smith documents case. Jack Smith admitted to evidence tampering. The memos also say that Biden ordered the raid and prosecution. Not only did the prosecution tamper with evidence, but he submitted it to the court. The GA case has already fallen apart from corruption. These aren't legitimate cases. They're constitutional and legal norm violating political stunts.

  3.  @SilentSeventh  "He tried to cover up a campaign finance violation," The FEC looked into this in 2018. They concluded that the payments to Cohen were NOT campaign expenses. There was no campaign finance violation. The hush money payment was in 2017, after the election. There are even holes in the non-crimes speculated here.

  5.  @warriorpoet7244  The FEC investigated this in 2018 and concluded that the payment wasn't a campaign expense. You're saying he broke campaign finance law, with a non-campaign expense? And the FEC didn't consider it a violation? There is no crime here.

"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to...informed of the nature and cause of the accusation;" The Bragg indictment doesn't state what crime Trump is accused of falsifying his records to cover up. It's a typical tactic of show trials to make the accusation vague so the defendant can't mount a defense.

  7.  @jamesanthony5257  The witness, obviously. Being a perjurer disqualifies a witness in a normal case. On top of that, when a witness says they hate the defendant, like Daniels and Cohen, that removes all credibility.
